**PopSugar** recently had the opportunity to speak with Minecraft boss **Helen Chiang** , who said that the game has already managed to sell over 144 million copies on different platforms.

Also roughly 74 million monthly players keep on returning to play the game and thanks to that a large group of buyers in that way keeps playing the game for a longer time. That will no doubt partly be due to the Better Together update the game received recently, that enables cross-platform play.
