Set across six distinct biomes, Before We Leave tasks players with nurturing groups of ‘Peeps’ – recently emerged survivors of a worldwide catastrophe – as they struggle to realize their dreams of rebuilding a prosperous civilization. Along the voyage, they will map new regions and investigate old technology in order to create a bright future for the whole Peep-dom. Residents of the expanding society need also be cognizant of their influence on the environment and the well-being of their Peeps, as well as keep a watch out for Space Whales, which may quickly destroy their worlds.
