**Aksys Game**s is the publisher that will release the game in America on August 28, however, the publishing house Rising Star Games will not release the game until September 21 in Europe.

Would it still have to do with a bit of localization that it takes longer? If so, how often do you play a game in a language other than English? (and yes I know that it is easier for smaller children but still)
