According to the analysis, the game feels as if it was built to play in Handheld Mode first, as there are a few shortcomings in TV Mode. While Digital Foundry praised the game’s huge leap in visuals, they criticized the drop in frame rate at certain areas.

And for someone who has played through the entire game and done everything (except for beating all Master Trainers (I need to level too many Pokemon I dont like)) I can agree pretty much with their findings. It is sad to see those framedrops … because they feel really unneeded.

But dont get me wrong, I will stand by what I said to a friend; This is Pokemon Yellow 2018, it’s better, it’s the best Pokemon game yet. But I assume 2019 is going to make it look like nothing.
