 Nintendo announced Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, a Hyrule Warriors game set 100 years before the events of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Eiji Aonuma, series producer for The Legend of Zelda, said that the development team is working hard on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2, and they will need more time before providing further updates.

For now we would say; take all the time needed, the original Breath of the Wild still has some big shoes to fill, even if it is a sequel being done by Nintendo themselves..
