The first thought is often; Why, those consoles are end of life. To a large extent that is absolutely true, but it is not done without reason.

**Just Dance in 2018** by Ubisoft, is an enormously good example. The Wii version last week in the UK sold more than on any other platform for which the game was released, including the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

Just Dance in 2018 for the old Nintendo Wii accounted for 32% of total sales. Not that the Nintendo Switch version is at a very great distance following closely at 31%.

But even then it shows once again that even an “old” console can still surprise you and that if support is possible, you beste certainly do so.
