Another game that did not appear at E3 2018 was Mario Kart Tour, which is slated for a release on mobile devices by March 2019.
According to Reggie Fils-Aime, there is a reason for this. Reggie said to IGN that “we made the decision that there’s going to be another opportunity to shed more light on that app”, opting to do so when the game is “closer to its launch”.
Reggie says that they are still intending for a launch in “this current fiscal year”.
