Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa said in Nintendo’s latest financial briefing that “we believe that it is important to continue to communicate the appeal of both Nintendo Switch systems and expand the installed base. Please note that we have no plans to launch a new Nintendo Switch model during 2020”.

While this may sound like it is set in stone, we have come to learn that Nintendo can try and pull the wool over our eyes. They did so last year with the Nintendo Switch Lite.
In short, the we have nothing to announce is the new brace yourself we do have something in store for you … we are just not telling you anything yet.
We are bound to see a Nintendo Switch Pro in the upcoming future, we are quite confident about that.
