Battle Chasers: Nightwar has had quite a journey with a postponement here and there. At first it would only be temporarily for the Nintendo Switch, then not again.
The release date was moved from summer 2017 to October, and was then postponed. Meanwhile, we have not heard from Battle Chasers Nightwar for several months, but that has changed now.
Status update
Airship Syndicate finally came up with an update a few days ago. The team reportedly struggled with a few tricky bugs lately, for example, that cut scenes did not always work, and two dungeons that were visually out of order.
These bugs are now addressed and the game has been sent back to QA. When the game actually comes to the Switch is unfortunately still not to say. Airship Syndicate remains optimistic in any case and says that the release is now “really damn close”.
Let’s hope that really damn is close to accurate in this case!
