Chocobo GP got another update, and now players can use version 1.1.1 on Nintendo Switch.
According to the patch notes, you can now delete your best time records in Time Attack Mode and upload your new times. There have also been changes, improvements, and fixes.
Ver.1.1.1 patch notes
The changes in the Ver.1.1.1 update are as follows:
- Problems with communication between the course introduction section and the start of a race have been fixed.
- The Time Attack mode now has a way to delete personal best times.
- *You can now delete any of the data stored on the Switch console.
- This won’t change any information that has already been sent to the server. *
- When you upload new data after deleting personal bests, it will be added to the rankings.
- It is still not possible to race against ghost data recorded on a different version of the game or to upload or download ghost data for a different version.
- Fixed a problem where team stickers from a previous season could still be used.
- Fixes errors in the names of stickers for teams.
- Fixed a bug that caused players on the Balamb Garden Hyperspeed course to get stuck on the terrain.
- Fixed a bug that happened when the Kwackeys were used. Depending on when the bombs went off, the effects of certain abilities that affected the player did not go away.
- Changes were made to the video to show how Maduin’s ability works in the game right now.
- Changes to the points racers get in Chocobo GP mode if they finish fifth or lower.
- 5th place is worth 200 points, 6th place is worth 160, 7th place is worth 120, and 8th place is worth 80.
