Nintendo and developer NamaTakahashi revealed the Switch release of ElecHead at the Indie World Showcase.
ElecHead is a platformer that was first launched for PC in 2021. Players control an electric powered robot on a journey to restore light to the Earth. The core concept of the game is to use the robot’s head to deliver power to different machinery in the surroundings, which is not without peril.

About ElecHead
The beacon of hope still burns in a world wrapped in darkness, deep within a factory.
ElecHead casts you as Elec, a little robot on a journey to restore light to the earth.
Elec causes electricity to flow through walls, floors, platforms, switches, and other objects, activating them.
He can also detach and fling his head to remotely activate things, but be warned: if he doesn’t get his head back within 10 seconds, he will shut down.
Elec will need to use his mind, both literally and metaphorically, to discover a way out of this trap-filled prison.
Controls are simple and easy to use.
There are a limited number of gimmicks, but it is up to the player to figure out how to utilize them to solve problems in the various stages.
Minimalist visuals with a nostalgic vibe allow the player to concentrate on the game fundamentals.
Playtime: 2-3 hours; even busy individuals may participate (Hidden rooms or secrets to discover)
There is no in-game text or tutorial: it may be played by anybody in the world, and the gameplay is simple.
The game will be released on the Nintendo Switch in Summer 2022.
