Variety has published a new interview with Tim Willits, who is ID studio director and the original Rage game director.
During the interview the publication asks Willits whether or not there’s a possibility of the game arriving on the Nintendo Switch.

Willits says that it is something the team are currently looking into, but they do not know at this precise moment in time whether it is possible.
We’re looking at the tech on that right now, and we’re still evaluating that. We stream everything, and we’re just looking… because everything is open, everything’s available, so there’s no level loads. We are looking at that now, but we don’t know.
Well it’s not a downright no for now, but we will have to keep our eyes and ears open to see if this develops to something more then just this.
