Developer ConcernedApe shared on Twitter a sneak peak at an upcoming additional content for Stardew Valley version 1.4 update.

According to the tweet, the upcoming big update will introduce fish ponds to the game. These can be built inside the farm to allow players to raise fish. But that’s not all, fish roes can be collected as well.
There are also other products that can be gathered from the pond but did not elaborate further – probably some kind of seafood?
Stardew Valley version 1.4 update will also include the Four Corners farm map and will be packed with new stuff and quality of life improvements. But keep in mind no release date has been announced.
