The Wii lifetime sales have been passed in Japan

The Nintendo Switch achieved an incredible milestone in Japan recently – outselling the Wii’s lifetime sales.

Last week, Nintendo Switch family of system lifetime sales reached 12,801,222 units in Japan, which means the Nintendo Switch has beaten the Wii in just three years.

This is of course a huge feat for the hybrid system.
