Developer Digital Extremes has announced that Warframe, a free to play co-on-sci-fi shooter, is under development for Nintendo Switch.
The news was announced at the third annual Warframe convention, also known as TennoCon 2018, which takes place in Ontario. The first video shows Warframe already in action on the Nintendo Switch. This version is being developed by Panic Button, the studio that also brought DOOM and Wolfenstein to the Nintendo Switch.
About Warframe
In Warframe you play as one of the members of the Tenno, a race of ancient warriors who have awakened from an age-long Cryo-Sleep. The game can be played online with four players at once.
An exact release date for the Nintendo Switch version has yet to follow.
