A sad day for Wii U and Wii users as multiplayer and online capabilities for a lot of Ubisoft titles for Wii U and Wii are phased out. It comes down to a number of Just Dance and Rabbids games, as well as Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
No more multiplayer/online

- Just Dance 2014
- Just Dance 2015
- Just Dance 2016
- Just Dance 2017
- Just Dance 2018
- Just Dance Disney Party
- Just Dance Disney Party 2
- Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth
- Rabbids Go Home
- Rabbids Land
- Rabbids Travel in Time
- Splinter Cell: Blacklist
- Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013
Regrettably, these changes have already been put into effect. Because Ubisoft didn’t provide much of a notice, the online functions in the games mentioned above are no longer available and this really comes of as no notice was given.
Might this have something to do with making things more attractive for a potential takeover for Ubisoft? Who knows, as Ubisoft did this all pretty quietly.
