Eurogamer: Bandai Namco developer Metroid Prime 4

The developer of Metroid Prime 4 for the Nintendo Switch may well be known!

Eurogamer recently reported that it has heard from several reliable sources that Bandai Namco is working on Metroid Prime 4. It concerns their studio in Singapore, which is the main studio for games made in collaboration with Nintendo.

Not confirmed yet by Nintendo

However, Nintendo does not want to confirm Eurogamer’s claim: the company does not respond to rumors or speculation.

This news comes after intense speculation about the developer of the fourth part in the critically acclaimed Metroid Prime series. It was only known that Retro Studios was not working on it. Bandai Namco previously participated in Pokken Tournament and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.

It is not yet known when Metroid Prime 4 will appear on the Nintendo Switch.
