At NintendoReporters, we believe it is good to be aware of developments. That is why we have the Global Comment Notifications for visitors. But for users we would like to go one step further with; Real Time Notifications.
What are Real Time Notifications?
Real Time Notifications are a kind of reminder of an interaction on one of your comments. They are neatly maintained and brought to the attention of each user.
How do Real Time Notifications work?
Imagine yourself as a user posting a comment and someone responds to your comment. Then it is the case that the Global Comment Notifications inform everyone. But depending on when you will be online again, you MAY miss the Global Comment Notification.
That is of course not very useful.
But with Real Time Notifications, you just come back when it suits you and you will see a bell () icon on the left  with a badge with the number of notifications that are specifically intended for you.
If you click on this you can view it, view it and then close it.
In addition, there is also a specific Notifications page, where you can manage your notification settings but also manage your notifications.
So do not miss anything related to you anymore!
