Nintendo confirmed that three new amiibo figures are coming next year as part of the Super Smash Bros Ultimate collection.
The three amiibos are Terry, Banjo-Kazooie and Byleth. All three of these characters are available in-game as paid downloadable content. These new amiibo figures are scheduled to launch sometime in 2021.

Banjo-Kazooie – This is a rare prototype, which was sent to my home. It’s amazing to think that an official 3D model of Banjo & Kazooie is being made by Nintendo.

So, three amiibo figures, including Terry Bogard, are now in development. Release is planned for 2021, so we hope you can be patient with us.
As for a potential Minecraft Steve amiibo, Sakurai didn’t quite confirm it, but he did say, “If it’s going to be produced, I bet it’ll be easier compared to the other fighters.”
