The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was released last year for the Wii U and Nintendo Switch.
The total innovative gameplay already made for wonderful reviews. Also in terms of sales numbers, the title is doing very well. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is already the best selling game in the series in Japan since Ocarina of Time.
The Legend of Sales
The game has already been sold more than 957,000 times, and that is excluding digital sales. Before Ocarina of Time was the greatest succes with 1,25 million copies sold. With the physical and digital sales of Breath of the Wild together seems Breath of the Wild to have broken this record.
We can actually do nothing but praise the game for what it has done for a more than 30 years old franchise. And that’s reddefined the genre which is quite an unprecedented thing on its own.
Breath of the Wild is simply a must-have for anyone with a Wii U or Nintendo Switch.
