Nobody would have predicted that the cult-classic Nintendo 64 video game Glover would make a reappearance in 2022, but it is, thanks to a remake for PC platform Steam. Glover will be available on Steam on April 20th, and it will be a fresh new version made for current PCs and constructed using the original N64 source code. Piko Interactive, a company committed to bringing vintage games back to life, is responsible for Glover’s resurgence. Glover will be available on additional platforms in the future, according to the business.

Piko Interactive also told me it hopes to bring this modern version of Glover to other platforms and consoles.

About Glover
A good wizard who wears magic gloves makes a mistake and brews the incorrect potion. Then, all of a sudden, kaboom! One of his gloves flies into the air, the other flies into a cauldron of evil, and the whole kingdom’s power crystals bounce about like rubber balls as a result of the explosion. The gloves and gems must be returned in order for the kingdom to be restored. Through six realms, guide the excellent glove and balls. To defeat foes, unlock hidden areas, and demolish bosses, use magic spells to transform them. To hit switches, throw the balls or dribble them upwards. As you solve riddles and progress through the levels, you’ll meet strange and amusing individuals.
