The popular Metal Gear Solid series is now 35 years old, and in a recent tweet, Konami said it wants to bring back the old Metal Gear Solid games to digital stores like PlayStation Network, Microsoft Store, and even the Nintendo eShop.

Which Metal Gear games?
The Metal Gear games were taken off the shelves last year because some of the licenses to use real-life archive footage in the games had run out. Konami hasn’t said exactly when these games will be available again in digital stores but it would be cool seeing any of them come to Nintendo Switch, as it has been a long time we have seen a Metal Gear Solid title on a Nintendo console.
