LRG3, Limited Run Games’ annual showcase, will be back in 2022. The date for this year’s tournament has been set on June 6, 2022.
Limited Run Games reveals a bevy of planned physical Switch releases at LRG3. In addition, we sometimes learn about new games on the platform. River City Girls 2 and River City Girls Zero, for example, were revealed for Switch last year.
LRG3 2022
Limited Run Games announced LRG3 2022 while also revealing the first look at its physical edition of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, which would be available on the company’s website as well as through stores. The collector’s edition will be on display during next month’s event.
LRG3 will take place at 1 PM PT / 4 PM ET / 9 PM in the UK / 10 PM across Europe, according to Limited Run Games. Twitch will be live streaming it. Mega64 assisted in the production of the showcase. “Over 30 fantastic game trailers and physical release reveals for customised, high-quality collector’s editions” will be shown by Limited Run Games. There will be “new debuts as well as an interactive experience for participants that includes fantastic prizes from in-chat raffles, fun, and more.”
