The long-awaited mobile version of the Mario Kart series which is titled Mario Kart Tour has been delayed again it seems.

Mario Kart Tour was initially meant to be released this April, but Nintendo has stated that it is now scheduled for the summer. The reason for the delay is simply that the company wants to provide Mario Kart fans with the best experience possible.
Keep in mind we have not actually seen anything from this game besides the tentative logo. We also have not seen any details about what the game will contain.
So we can not say for sure if it will be a companion app, a standalone racer … or anything really at this point.
