Netflix gave us a first peek at some shots for their live-action adaptation of The Witcher recently. If you’ve been waiting to see more of the hit videogame series on the silver screen, get ready!

Netflix has released the first official teaser trailer for the show, giving us a proper look at actor Henry Cavill as Geralt. We also get small snippets of story involving Yennifer (Anya Cholatra) and Ciri (Freya Allan) littered throughout.
Geralt of Rivia, a solitary monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts. But when destiny hurtles him toward a powerful sorceress, and a young princess with a dangerous secret, the three must learn to navigate the increasingly volatile Continent together.
For now, Netflix has not revealed a precise premiere date for the show.
