GameStop reported that they have had a good holiday season in 2017 due to both the Nintendo Switch and the recently released Xbox One X console. Both consoles gave the sales a nice boost.
However, GameStop has said it will report full year results late March.
The Nintendo Switch and the Xbox One X added “a solid increase” in it’s collectibles business, which includes the ThinkGeek brand, and resulted in a sales increase of 10.6 percent, according to GameStop.
Nintendo’s Innovation pays off
It’s great to see that all around the place the Nintendo Switch is doing great. From Amazon to Gamestop to more local entities like Marktplaats. There it lot’s of love for the bold choices Nintendo has made in going for what they had in mind with the Nintendo Switch.
A slogan which still stands to this day; if Nintendo is doing good the gaming industry as a whole is better of.
