Atlus P Studio won the Partner Award for Persona 5 Royal at the PlayStation Awards 2020 show earlier.
Persona Team producer and director Kazuhisa Wada was pleased they won the special award for the fifth time in a row and teased the following regarding the 25th anniversary of the Persona series in 2021.
As next year is the 25th anniversary of the Persona series, we have many exciting plans which we hope you will all enjoy.
What will that mean?
While no details where given, the Persona series is always something fans look forward to hear more about.
Persona sometimes known as Shin Megami Tensei: Persona outside of Japan, is a video game franchise developed and primarily published by Atlus. It focuses around a series of role-playing video games, Persona is a spin-off from Atlus’ Megami Tensei franchise.
The first ever entry in the series, Revelations: Persona, was released in 1996 for the good old PlayStation. The series has seen several more games since of course.
What that means for a 25th anniversary … well we are hoping a for a collection for Nintendo Switch of course.
