The Pokemon Company has announced the identities of two more key characters who will make their debut in the forthcoming new season of the Pokemon anime.
Meet Friede
Friede, a “battle Pokemon Professor,” and his sidekick, Captain Pikachu, are the latest characters to make an appearance. During their travels, the two new major characters, Liko and Roy, will have both of them at their sides at all times. In the case of Captain Pikachu, this serves as evidence that the franchise’s original mascot Pokemon would, in fact, be present in a significant role, even if it will not be the same Pikachu that fans are used to seeing.
This is your first look at two brand-new characters that will be appearing in the forthcoming episode of the all-new Pokémon animated series! We are excited to introduce Friede and his companion Pokémon, Captain Pikachu, who will be traveling with our main characters throughout their journeys!
