The Pokemon Company released a new trailer for the upcoming Pokemon Coco anime film. The trailer was originally aired on Japanese variety show Oha Suta.
About Coco
It shows off many new scenes from the film featuring a Shiny Celebi, as well as the new Mythical Pokemon Zarude. Notably, the new human character Coco is shown referring to Zarude as his “father”, suggesting he was raised by the Rogue Monkey Pokemon as part of his backstory.
Pokemon the Movie: Coco is a 2020 Japanese anime film based on Satoshi Tajiri’s Pokémon media franchise and produced by OLM. It is the twenty-third film in the Pokémon universe and the third film in the Alternate Timeline series.
It is scheduled to be released in theatres in Japan on July 10, 2020.[2] The film returns to the series’ traditional 2D art style rather than using the CGI animation used in Mewtwo Strikes Back: Evolution. It will feature the new Generation VIII Mythical Pokémon Zarude and a shiny Celebi.
