SEGA – Sonic the series sold over 1 billion copies in its lifetime

Sonic the Hedgehog series achieved yet another huge milestone in its decades-long journey!

In SEGA’s latest investor’s relations report for 2020 the company revealed that the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise moved a total of 1.14 billion copies across various titles and platforms.

This includes the downloads of mobile titles such as Sonic Dash and Sonic Forces Speed Battle, which account for 350 million downloads and 50 million downloads respectively.

With lots and lots of titles
