Sonic’s 30th anniversary celebration should be coming soom, but it seems as though some of it will be delayed due to the ongoing pandemic.
A new Sonic licensing advertisement which has been unveiled discloses that “more” items will appear “in 2022.”
Despite the assumption of no new games until 2022, #Sonic30th licencing plans are underway; to be released throughout 2021 and next year.

Sonic’s 30th anniversary plans
Despite these new marketing materials mentioning 2022, the company’s licensing plans are currently underway and they have stated that Sonic products will be released throughout 2021 and next year. Sonic Prime is coming on Netflix and The Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie will be released next year.
Rumors have also been speculating on a remaster of Sonic Colours … but we will to wait for SEGA to confirm what they will do to celebrate Sonic’s 30th anniversary
