To celebrate 2020, a small group of Korean animators named 샬리즈 (Shalitz) released their latest and possibly greatest creation: a fully-animated fan trailer for Breath of the Wild that takes many cues from Studio Ghibli’s soft, hand-drawn aesthetic.

In particular, the animation re-imagines many key moments from Link and Zelda’s journey in the game – giving us something that feels straight from the 90’s in the best way possible!
