Netflix has stated that it is working on a Tekken-themed anime series called Tekken: Bloodline with Bandai Namco. The anime’s storyline summary states that Jin Kazama, who first appeared in the original Tekken 3, has embarked on a heroic adventure that will culminate in the King of Iron Fist Tournament. Tekken Bloodline has yet to be given a release date, although it is expected to arrive later this year.
About Tekken: Bloodline
“Everything revolves around power.” Jin Kazama learnt the Kazama-Style Traditional Martial Techniques, his family’s self-defense arts, from his mother at a young age. Despite this, he was helpless when a horrific evil arrived out of nowhere, killing all he cared about and permanently altering his life. Jin, enraged by his inability to stop it, swore vengeance and demanded unlimited authority to carry it out. His journey will culminate in the King of Iron Fist Tournament, the ultimate combat on a worldwide scale.
