Katsuhiro Harada, chief producer of the Tekken games, put out some ‘angry’ tweets after several Twitter users begged him to get certain characters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Harada was so frustrated with those spamming him with requests that he told them he will tell Sakurai not to approve their requests as much as possible:
You guys are a spammer. I talk with Mr.Sakurai & BandaiNamco's Smash development team so that your request will NOT be approved as much as possible.
And *Muted* bye.@Alberto72892547 @JonesyForSmash @SoraForSmash @DoomSquidKid @PutCrashInSmash @ArleForSmash @HaloGuyForSmash

If you are still relentlessly spamming, that just means hampering the work of @Sora_Sakurai and Bandai Namco's Smash development team.
Just One Tweet is enough for request. DO NOT SPAMMING to us.Developers don't negotiate with Spammer and terrorists.https://t.co/zbaoIqyViW

Customer demand can be a pain
Well while we get the fact that the internet in itself is a powerful thing and can feel as a very demanding space. This basically is showcasing customer demand. And what fuels that customer demand? Good games and good characters.
It can be a pain for sure, but all what people are doing is showing what they love.
Don’t get us wrong … it can be very very overwhelming and be outright obnoxious, But while the remarks by Katsuhiro Harada are ok they only seem to focus on the negatively aspect. Keep in mind it all comes from the love for games.
