Millions of views

According to the Computer Entertainment Suppliers Association, TGS 2020 Online saw a whopping 31.6 million views during its run from from September 23 – 27 this year. During the show, developers revealed new details for titles such as Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, Gal*Gun Returns and more.

About TGS 2021

Moving forward, the Computer Entertainment Suppliers Association expects the event to go back to a physical format in 2021.

It subsequently announced that Tokyo Game Show 2021 would return to its usual venue at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan – and take place from September 30 – October 3, 2021.
