Universal Studios Japan was planning to open Super Nintendo World on February 4th 2021, after several delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
But unfortunately, as COVID-19 recently saw a resurgence in Japan and other related factors, Universal Studios Japan has since decided to delay the opening of the park even further, and it will not open on February 4th as planned.

No new opening date has been announced for the park.Although delaying the opening in the interests of public safety is the right call, some may understandably be quite disappointed with this turn of events.
But we hope when it opens that it can get a proper opening as what we have seen so far really deserves so.
Besides that we hope we will be able to visit rather sooner then later.
