Finally it’s happening! Waluigi is joining in on Mario Kart Tour, so he can join the fun and games! Nintendo announced he will make his debut in the kart racer for iOS and Android on the game’s next tour.

Waluigi will be coming with Luigi and King Boo. Along with these characters, two new tracks are going to be added to the game: Waluigi Pinball and Luigi’s Mansion. So he also gets his own stage.
Unlooting them
To obtain any of these three new characters, players will have to take their chances pulling from the pipe. The pipe is Mario Kart Tour’s version of gacha, which means that the characters you get are completely random. One pull is five rubies, but if you save up 45 rubies you can do 10 pulls at a discounted price.
