Warner Bros gaming division no longer for sale

AT&T appear to have decided against selling off Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment. There were numerous parties interested in acquiring the company including Activision, EA, and Take Two.

AT&T CEO, Jason Kilar, recently emailed staff about his plans for restructuring the company and mentioned that the gaming side of the company is staying put, for now. Warner Bros gaming division includes Rocksteady, NeatherRealm and LEGO games developer, TT Games.
