In A Duel Hands Disaster: Trackher you control 2 ships at the same time, by means of a split screen. On the left side of the screen, you destroy enemies to thread points while collecting rescources on the right.
The left ship takes no damage, the right ship does.
Leaderboards but different
The most important thing, however, is not to take too much risk. If you continue playing until you die, you not only lose your score, but it also resets your leaderboard position, in all categories.
