Nintendo has announced the release of a new set of Animal Crossing music CDs in Japan. As for now there are no plans to release it in the West (yet).
The Music of Animal Crossing: New Horizons
The first is the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Original Soundtrack 2, which is a sequel to last year’s original soundtrack CD. This second album comprises of 5 CDs with a total of 140 tracks, containing numerous songs from the previous album as well as some new additions up to the first big update. An extra DVD with 4 radio workouts and a K.K slider commercial movie, a radio exercises attendance card, and a pair of postcards are also included in the bundle.
This album will be released in Japan on June 22nd, 2022.
The second album is a limited vinyl reissue of last year’s K.K. Slider Music: Instrumental Collection. This vinyl edition will have all 18 songs from the album as well as one additional track. The vinyl will be released on November 23rd, 2022.
