New details to share about Animal Crossing: New Horizons, which is due to launch next month on Nintendo Switch.

Switch Online Smartphone App
According to Nintendo’s official page for the game, Animal Crossing: New Horizons will include support for the Nintendo Switch Online Smartphone app. As many of you may know, the Switch Online Smartphone app is typically used to enable voice chat for Nintendo’s online games, as well as for some other special features.
As of this writing, it is unknown how Nintendo plans to have the app work with Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Maybe there might even be some interaction coming with Animal Crossing – Pocket Camp?
