A book has come out in Japan titled The Art of Super Mario Odyssey and included within the art book is a previously scrapped concept art by Nintendo.
Bowsette concept art?
The concept art shows the devious Bowser taking over Princess Peach’s body with his own version of Cappy. It obviously didn’t make it to the final game, but it would certainly have been interesting if it came to it. The internet would explode because they guessed it with Bowsette but how insane is it that Nintendo actually thought about it?!
So in THE ART OF SUPER MARIO ODYSSEY that came out in Japan today, there's an scrapped concept of Bowser taking over Peach's body with his own version of Cappy.

Well … who knows … Bowsette could even happen then. Now who saw that one coming? On another node it is scrapped art for Super Mario Odyssey … hmm … DLC? Sequel? What wil this mean for us all?
