The Australian Classifications Board published a new listing for Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream. The title appears to be a numbered sequel to Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book.
Koei Tecmo and Gust are listed as the publisher and developer respectively.
The original Atelier Sophie first debuted on PS4, PS3, and PS Vita in 2015. A DX version was released more recently for PS4, Switch, and PC in April 2021.
Tokyo Game Show 2021 bound
Based on the timing of this new rating, it is likely that Koei Tecmo will reveal this new game during its Tokyo Game Show 2021 Online Special Program.
This also isn’t the first game in the series to be inadvertently revealed on a ratings board before an announcement. Last year, Atelier Ryza 2 was also spotted on the same Australian Classification website before it was officially announced a few days later
