Blackwind is a top-down sci-fi action game that puts you inside a prototype combat armor suit during an extraterrestrial invasion. In a last-ditch effort to halt a planetary invasion, face off against opponents, cut through their lines, and fight back.
James Hawkins is stuck within a military prototype Battle Frame armor as he hurtles into Medusa-42 after the spacecraft Pandora is shot down. As the Raknos armies assault the planet, destroying every human mining colony, James doesn’t have much time to figure out how to use the Battle Frame if he wants to survive his perilous surroundings and locate his father.
But James isn’t alone in his mission; within his Battle Frame is an unexpected friend…
- Choose your playstyle: Melee fighting, shooting at will, launching missiles at adversaries, or using unique Battle Suit abilities to survive showdowns are all options.
- Brutal moves will be used to suffocate your opponents.
- Add new abilities to your Battle Frame and increase your ability tree.
- In the single-player campaign, use the Battle Frame Drone to improve your fighting and exploration abilities.
- Local Cooperative Mode: Two players may operate the Battle Frame and its Drone.
