Bandai Namco has released a trailer for the new DLC Episode for Captain Tsubasa: Rise of the New Champions. Rising Stars! adds Tsubasa Ozora, the Tachibana Bros., and Juan Diaz to the game. It’s part of the Character Mission Pass, which will add a total of 9 playable characters to the game once it’s all out.
