As many will know, CD Projekt Red’s massive RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has hit Nintendo Switch.
With such an ambitious port, can gamers also expect the company’s upcoming title Cyberpunk 2077 to eventually land on the Nintendo Switch?
CD Projekt Red’s John Mamais expressed that a Cyberpunk 2077 Nintendo Switch port was ‘probably not’ on the cards for now. He didn’t close the door completely, however – citing that no one originally thought The Witcher 3 would be possible, either.

Who would have thought a game like The Witcher 3 would be possible on Switch, so who knows? I guess we’ll see, if we decide to put it on the Switch, if we can do it. Probably not.
It’s definitely not an unexpected response, given how technically intensive Cyberpunk 2077 seems to be at a glance. Either way, fans will just have to be content with The Witcher 3 on Nintendo Switch for now though.
