It seems as listings for physical copies of Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled for Nintendo Switch have been vanishing.
With Activision staying quiet on the matter, fans have been investigating the issue themselves.

The thing that most of us are expecting is that Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled might not launch on Nintendo Switch at the same time as other platforms.
If you check the official website is displays not releasedate for Nintendo Switch but meanwhile, the PS4 and Xbox One options clearly show Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will launch for them on 21 June 2019.
While unfortunate, we can only hope that Activision themselves soon fill us in about the Nintendo Switch release situation.
