The video game based on the blockbuster action anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles will soon feature additional premium downloadable content character packs. The new character packs will be released this summer, according to the Japanese magazine Weekly Jump.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles will be released on the Nintendo Switch on June 9th, although it is already available on other platforms.
The following new characters will be available in Versus Mode as part of the packs:
- Tengen Uzui
- Daki
- Gyutaro
- Nezuko Kamado (Awakened Form)
- Tanjiro Kamado (Entertainment District Arc)
- Zenitsu Agatsuma (Entertainment District Arc)
- Inosuke Hashibira (Entertainment District Arc)
About Demon Slayer
Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a Japanese manga series written and drawn by him. After his family was slain and his little sister Nezuko transformed into a monster, Tanjiro Kamado sets out to become a demon slayer. From February 2016 to May 2020, it was published in Shueisha’s shnen manga magazine Weekly Shnen Jump, with chapters collected in twenty-three tankbon volumes. Viz Media released it in English, while Shueisha published it on their Manga Plus website at the same time.
