Dragon Ball: The Breakers – Balance adjustments details

New balancing changes for Dragon Ball: The Breakers have been revealed by Bandai Namco and gone live.

As the Survivor player base has grown since the game’s release, Bandai Namco notes that “survivability rate and Raider defeat rate have been growing.” That implies that changes will be made to Cell, Majin Buu, and other characters.

Changes detailed

1. Raider “Cell’s” development speed was accelerated

Cell’s evolution speed has been increased across the board since there were several instances in which his inherently quick rate of development could not be used to his advantage.

2. Reduced the evolution parameters for Raider “Majin Buu” level 1

Considering that this Raider had an edge even at level 1, Majin Buu’s specifications have been changed to better reflect the intended purpose of the game.

3. Changes were made to lessen the likelihood that the Survivor team would lose a game early.

It was discovered that the chances of Survivors surviving at low transformation levels varied greatly based on each player’s unique skill, therefore the general game balance has been changed appropriately.

  • Raider “Cell” Evolution Speed Has Increased
  • The passive skill “Life Absorption” has been somewhat improved.
  • The passive skill “Auto-Evolve” has been somewhat improved.
  • Adjust the gauge’s required evolution quantity and growth rate in line with the information provided above.
  • Reduced Raider “Majin Buu” Evolution Level 1 Parameters
  • decreased attack range, damage, hit detection breadth, and speed of the Ki Blast.
  • Changes to Lessen the Probability of the Survivor Team Losing Early in a Match
  • Damage absorbed when in transformation levels 1 and 2 has been somewhat decreased.
  • the “Barrier Auto-Recovery” passive skill’s recharge period was shortened.
  • The percentage gain from training has decreased since the base level recovery time has decreased.
  • Modified a number of other skills
    • increased the “Capsule (Single-Wheel Motorbike)” cooldown.
    • increased the “Grappling Device” cooldown period.
    • reduced the “Saiyan Pod Remote” cooling period.
