The latest edition of EDGE magazine is available. EDGE is notorious for their somewhat harsh review scores and its Dragon Quest XI which hasn’t faired quite as well as some of us would have hoped.
The publication gave Square Enix’s latest mainline entry in the series a six.

We are not sure what to make of it when it comes to Dragon Quest XI. For one we have not played it ourselves yet. But normally EDGE is harsh but still fair in the judgement they pass.
Be sure to checkout a review on our end when the game becomes available on the Nintendo Switch and available at least in English. Yes our Japanese is not that great!
